Andrew-Philip Lysets is the Founding Paralegal and Proprietor of APL Legal Services. He obtained his diploma at Durham College in Oshawa, Ontario and is licensed as a Paralegal by Law Society of Ontario.
Andrew's comprehensive knowledge and practical experience enables him to provide expert legal advice to all of those who need it in the areas of in handling matters under Ontario Court of Justice such as Provincial Offences Act, Highway Traffic Act, Employment Law. In addition, he is able to represent both Tenants and Landlords under Residential Tenancies Act as well as litigate claims for both plaintiffs and defendants in Small Claims Court proceedings. He is also able to commission both affidavits and evidence as a Commissioner of Oaths as designated through the Law Society Act.
With his hard work and determination, Andrew maintains all documentation and client case files up to date, assisting his clients by providing regular contact, and always maintaining that all deadlines and tasks are met on time.
